Adolescent males treated with cyclophosphamide should be offered sperm banking

In an editorial (Miller et al) and accompanying leading article (Vic Larcher) in the September 2012 Archives of Disease in Childhood set out the arguments relating to fertility preservation and sperm banking for young people with nephrotic syndrome and other conditions treated with cyclophosphamide and other agents which adversely affect fertility.
