Supporting Paediatricians to Develop Participation
The YPHSIG in conjunction with the RCPCH and the Department of Health has developed a guide to the participation of children and young people in health services for paediatricians and service leaders.
The guide, entitled Not Just a Phase, was launched at the RCPCH Meeting in April 2010. It contains practical information for clinicians and managers on how to develop a culture of participation by young people in health services and case studies to illustrate how this might be achieved.
Printed copies are available for purchase via the RCPCH website. All RCPCH members will receive a free copy of Not Just a Phase over the coming months.
